Amos & Bailey was founded in 2004 by two experienced search
consultants to provide executive search and board advisory services
at the highest level, to a quality and value that has become harder
and harder for the larger firms to provide. Rather than apply a
generic process to our client's requirements, we aim to be
strategic partners; providing a truly bespoke service for each
assignment and at the same time acting as a continuing conversation
partner in the development and implementation of their broader
strategic plans.
Our work is focussed, intelligent, consistent, discreet,
professional and relevant. We seek to define our own success by the
quality of the work we provide for our clients rather than the
quantity of assignments undertaken. By making a virtue of our
approach we avoid the intense 'off-limits' issues that prevent the
larger firms from being able to offer comprehensive market
coverage. This is in line with our overall strategy of being
relationship rather than transaction driven. Consistent with this
is the fact that our clients appreciate us as much for the new
ideas and new business opportunities we bring as for the quality of
our core executive search expertise. To our clients we are valuable
as their partners rather than ad-hoc suppliers of recruitment
services.
Our work is undertaken on a global basis and we have successfully
concluded assignments in Europe, North and South America, the
Middle East, Africa and Asia.
